What You’ll Learn

Our BJJ curriculum takes you from your first takedown to advanced submission chains. Classes are organized by skill level so you always train with peers at the right stage.

We cover stand-up wrestling, guard work, passing, sweeps, submissions, and positional control. Every session includes drilling and live rolling so you develop both knowledge and feel.
